Morning! Today is starting out to be one of 'those' mornings! the kind where the birds are chirping the sun is shining the coffee is good ....
Duke taking care of business!
After a walk with Duke, i came in for my second cup of coffee and breakfast....
Breakfast = Boring. i made 1/2 a cup of oatmeal + sliced banana+ chocolate protein powder+ wheat germ + chia seeds. gotta stay regular! Good for you!

That is my munchkin in the middle with her little leggys out.
On the Right + Left are her girlfriends (because i said so) Lila + Ella.
We are on our way up north to visit our girlfriend and her 2 daughters and her nephew, nothing like 6 kids under 3 with 3 moms, and not enough booze coffee.
Have a good day, if we make it back alive, and with all the kids, ill have a recap this afternoon!
