So yesterday i went for a long walk in my neighborhood with the little Princess
and then did a quick workout at my house including legs / shoulders/ abs
lazy leg workout:
lunges w/ two 5lb weights 20 reps x 3 sets
squats w/ two 5lb weights 20 reps x 3 sets
step ups same weight 20 reps x 3 sets
overhead press 10 lbs x 10 x 3
lateral raises 5 lbs x 10 x 3
and this other one that im not sure of what theyre called
but you raise your arms straight out infront of you?
While this little girl still sleeps
I have to call around for some oil prices... i need 275 gallons for the winter...
i attacked to frozen waffles for breakfast.
oh, and, im walking like i have a stick up my a$$
so sore already from working out yesterday!
and im wearing that sexy lil fleece number...
