New York City / More Half Marathon

We drove into the city Saturday morning,

Did a walk/cab combo, 

hit up the runners expo.

Shopped.

(duh)

ATE.

NYC Pizza for lunch!

Grandma and Grandpa bought the baby

her FIRST AMERICAN GIRL DOLL

(and matching outfit)

I can't even remember what time we got out of the city on Saturday,

early enough, that we could check into a hotel in Lyndhurst, NJ. 

Unwind for a few minutes before heading back out to get dinner.

We did 'call ahead' seating at the closest Applebees, and ate up some veggie burgers!

Afterwards, we waited in the best line ever.

(and it was the 'first time' for both of us. twss)

SERIOUSLY, made the weekend!!!

Sunday Morning:

RACE TIME

This race is nice because it starts 'late' for a race at 8:00am. 

(where Disney starts at 5?)

While we ran, Grandpa biked Central Park 

and this girl was the hit of the morning!
